Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with El Clóset de la Ciela Jewelry (“we”, “our”, “us”). Please review this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Because of the nature of our products, all sales are considered final, with very limited exceptions described below.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
We only accept returns in the following cases:
• The item arrived defective or damaged.
• You received the wrong item.

We do not accept returns for:
• Change of mind.
• Incorrect size, color or style chosen by the customer.
• Items purchased on sale, promotion, or during special offers (unless defective).

To qualify for a return:
• You must notify us within 5 (five) calendar days from the delivery date.
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.
• All original packaging must be included.

We reserve the right to deny any request that does not meet these conditions.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

  1. Send an email to elclosetdelacielausa@gmail.com with:
    – Your order number
    – Photos of the item
    – A short description of the issue (defect / wrong item received)

  2. We will review your request and confirm if it is approved.

  3. If approved, we will send instructions on how to return the product.

Please do not ship any items back without prior approval.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
• If the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged, we cover the cost of return shipping.
• If the item is not defective and the request is not approved, we will not accept the return.

We do not reimburse original shipping fees.

CANCELLATIONS
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If you request a cancellation and:
• The order has NOT shipped yet → we will do our best to stop fulfillment and confirm if cancellation is possible.
• The order is already being processed by the carrier (label created / being prepared / in transit) → the order cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a final sale, except in case of a confirmed defect upon delivery.

REFUND METHOD / STORE CREDIT
We do not issue cash refunds under any circumstance.

If your return is approved:
 • We can replace the item with the same product (if it is still in stock), or
• We will provide store credit in the form of a digital gift card for the value of the approved item.

No cash refunds. No exceptions.

PROCESSING TIME
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your exchange or store credit will be processed within 2–3 business days.

ITEMS MARKED AS DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED
If the carrier marks the package as “Delivered” but you state you did not receive it:
• Please confirm the shipping address provided at checkout.
• Check with household members, building/front desk, or neighbors.
• Allow 24 hours after the carrier’s delivery scan, as carriers may pre-scan as delivered.

If after that time the order is still missing, contact us.

Important:
Once the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. Replacements in these cases are not guaranteed. Each situation will be reviewed individually.
