Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how and when we ship your order from El Clóset de la Ciela USA (“we”, “our”, “us”).


SHIPPING COVERAGE

We currently ship only within the United States (USA).

If you are located outside the U.S., you can place your order using the address of your courier company or forwarding service within the United States.
Once your package arrives at your courier’s U.S. address, they will handle the international delivery to your country.

Example: Customers in Spain or Latin America can use their Miami-based courier address to receive their order.

At this time:
• We do not offer local pickup.
• We do not offer in-person hand delivery.


CARRIER

All orders are shipped through UPS (United Parcel Service).


PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIME

Please allow time for order processing before dispatch.

Estimated total timeline (processing + delivery): 5–7 business days within the United States.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Note: During high-volume periods (sales or seasonal promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.


DELIVERY CONDITIONS

UPS delivers to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Delivery includes drop-off only — it does not include installation, setup, or delivery inside homes or businesses.
Someone should be available to receive the package.


TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information and carrier details.


ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before completing your order.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


PACKAGE MARKED AS “DELIVERED”

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package:
• Verify the address and check nearby areas (mailbox, front desk, neighbors, etc.).
• Wait 24 hours, some carriers may occasionally mark a package as delivered before the actual drop-off.
• Contact us if the package does not appear after that time.

Once UPS confirms delivery to the address provided, El Clóset de la Ciela USA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. Each case will be reviewed individually.


INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

We do not ship directly outside the United States.
However, international customers may use a U.S.-based courier or forwarding service (“casillero”) to receive their orders.

Please note:
• The courier becomes responsible for the package once it is delivered to their U.S. address.
• Any costs, customs duties, or taxes related to international forwarding are the customer’s responsibility.
• We recommend selecting a trusted courier with tracking and insurance options.
