     All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD), unless otherwise stated.
     We reserve the right to modify prices, correct pricing errors, or refuse an order that appears fraudulent or abusive.
     By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

  4. ORDERS & FULFILLMENT
     When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion.
     We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier.
     Once an order has shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled. For post-delivery issues, please refer to the Return & Refund Policy.

  5. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT
     Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer cash refunds.
     We only offer an exchange for the same item (if available) or a store credit/gift card if:
     • You received a defective or damaged product, and
     • You notify us within 5 calendar days of delivery, and
     • The item is unused and in its original packaging.

  1. RISK AFTER DELIVERY
     Once the carrier confirms delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for loss, theft, or packages taken after delivery.

     All content on this website (including logos, brand names, product images, graphics, text, layout, and design) is owned by or licensed to ROAN INTERNATIONAL Import & Export LLC.
     You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

     To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
     • Indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
     • Losses related to delays or delivery issues once the order is in the hands of the carrier.
     • Any claim beyond the value of the item purchased.

Your exclusive remedy for any issue related to a product is limited to a replacement of that product or a store credit, as described in the Return & Refund Policy.
